Here's how I do it. I use Firefox, so I can have more than one site open in separate tabs at the same time.

Double-click the Address of the site you want to link to in the browser, to highlight the address:



Right-click on the highlighted text and left-click on Copy.



In The RadioBoard page, right-click at the spot in your post where you want the link to appear, and left-click on Paste.

I do that with IE8 but just use:
CTRL-C for copy
CTRL-V for paste

and double click not required - just hilight the URL with a single click before copy and paste.
