I need to fill some unwanted holes in old Czech bakelite case.
As far as I know bakelite does not react kindly to "modern" thermosseting goops - it may bubble up.
Any suggestions?

If you don't mind painting over the bakelite, the epoxy stuff used to fill dents in car bodies would work. It doesn't shrink that much. You're right about bakelite -- it doesn't like heat.
