I like to mount the arrestors outside but I need to enclose them to keep them dry. The plastic boxes I have tried do not stand up to UV from the sun.

Can you help me?

I used this style for arrestors and as combiner boxes on my solar panels. http://www.lowes.com/pd_10029-1716-L513 ... facetInfo=
If you want to epoxy anything inside, I'd recommend light "flame" polishing of the glue line surface, and Loc-tite 5 min epoxy.

Thank you very much. I found it at Menards. I thought it was going to be bigger than I needed but I will mount 2-3 Vis A Glow arrestors in it.

I have a 50 foot flattop and working towards a heilically wound vertical and toying with the idea of using the guy wire a sort of an inverted L

What's the breakdown voltage on a Vis-A-Glow? Are you sure it will give adequate protection?
